Nuisance Bike Seized

Whilst on mobile patrol, local beat officers spotted a male riding an illegal electric bike on the roads around Stanhope. These bikes are regularly reported as causing issues in the area and, much like their riders, can be unpredictable and a bit too quick for their own good. Officers discreetly followed the rider—who remained blissfully unaware of the police shadowing him—before safely stopping him. The bike was promptly seized and the rider disrupted.
